Christian Minister with more than 20 years of experience in the pastoral field including as Founder of Federación CCN in San Cristobal, Venezuela for 14 years. Passionate about preaching, teaching and music, he has developed strong competencies in management, marketing, team development and leadership, organization, logistics, development and application of discipleship and growth programs in the field of planting new church churches and revitalization.

Currently Lead Pastor alongside his lovely wife, Rut Ostos for Expansion Church NYC, licensed minister from the Evangelical Covenant Church and global church planting speaker.

Lead Pastor alongside her husband, Simon for Expansion Church NYC. She also is the Executive Director of the Expansion Community Center which has served migrant families who are in need of food, clothing and resources. She has served with Simon all the years of founding Federación CCN in San Cristobal, Venezuela.

You will see her welcoming immigrant families or worshipping with the Sunday worship team which includes her son, Brian Padilla.

Has served with his parents Simon and Rut side by side in many ministries. Currently he serves as the Worship Pastor in Expansion Church NYC. He also helps initiatives in the Expansion Community Center and has experience working with youth as formerly being part of Young Life.
